At Pajamagram, we want you to be completely comfortable; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 60 days of delivery. All returned sleepwear must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Pajamas

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all gift sets are complete and the return slip is enclosed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS location; you will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
